| In it's native habitat "Centella Asiatica" grows in moist soil
or salty sand. However in the UK I grow it quite successfully in moist potting compost
placed in electrically heated propagators at a temperature of 20% to 35%C. The
plants need plenty of light but not direct sun. They flourish best in slight shade. If you
have a heated greenhouse or conservatory, that would be ideal.
This plant has been grown in England during the Summer. I have grown it in planters on
the Patio Window ledge and on the bathroom windowsill.
